Order Processing Time

•     All Orders (that are in stock) are processed within 24 Working hours.
•     As a standard, orders are delivered within 5-7 business days.
•     Bulk orders have a pre-defined delivery time, specified at time of placing the order.

Orders are not shipped on holidays. If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

•     Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
•     You can track the shipment of your order on the website once it’s shipped. A direct link to the courier company’s website will be sent to you via mail for real time tracking.
•     For the efficient delivery of your products, we have a tie up with multiple courier companies.
•     We make best efforts to process your order flawlessly, but, if the article is tampered at the time of delivery, please do not accept and inform us about it within 5 days via email or by calling us.
•     There is a rare possibility that the product may not reach you in time. Unfortunately, if that happens, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
•         Address is incomplete or incorrect.
•         No one is available at the address to receive the article
•     We do not ship to international destinations as of now, but one may place an order from anywhere in the world, to be delivered in India.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
 You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email Once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

•     What is the difference between shipping and delivery?
      Shipping refers to packing and dispatching of your order. While placing an order, you may find a shipping timeline on the products displayed on the website (e.g., dispatched within 5 days). All orders which are in stock are dispatched within 24 working hours of the order placed (except weekends and national holidays). This refers to the number of working days it will take to dispatch the product from our end. The delivery may take another 5-7 days depending on the address specified for the order. In case of remote areas, the orders are delivered within 7-8 business days. Bulk orders have a predefined delivery time which would be mentioned during order placement.
  
  
•     Do I have to pay any shipping and delivery charges?
      Shipping and Delivery charges are particular to a product and have been mentioned on each product page. The charges will vary depending on your delivery method of the product. During any promotional event or an offer, the shipping and delivery is provided at discounted rates for many products at Evergreen Publications' website.
•     What is the expected delivery time for my order?

      For a smooth delivery of your orders, we have tied up with a number of trustworthy delivery partners. Once your order is dispatched, you will be informed about the shipping details via E-mail/SMS. Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to choose your preferred delivery partner. However, we will inform you when such services are rolled out in future.
•     What should I do if I find my package opened or tampered with upon delivery?
      We believe in making your shopping experience perfect. However, if you receive an open or a tampered package, please do not accept it. Report this concern by calling us on 0181-5002021 within 5 days of delivery of package. We will look at it immediately and get back to you.
•     How can I find out if Evergreen Publications delivers to my location?
      You can find out if evergreenpublications.in delivers to your location while checking out your cart and filling the shipping address.Based on your pin code we will let you know if we deliver at your location. We keep on updating the list of serviceable Pin Codes.
•     The status on the tracking website shows delivery was attempted but I was not there. Is it possible to get the delivery now?
      The courier companies usually make more than one attempt to deliver your order. In case you do not receive your order, please get in touch with us.
•     What if the order is not delivered within estimated delivery time?
     In case the order is not delivered within estimated delivery time, following could be the reasons:

1.         If the address or PIN Code provided is incorrect
2.         Nobody is present at the address to collect the shipment
3.         If COD and cash is not ready at the time of delivery
4.         If you ask for a delayed delivery
5.         If you request for self-pickup at later point in time
