How can I check the status of my order?
To check your order status, navigate to your account option and select the “Orders” section from the main menu. There, you can track your orders by clicking on the specific order.
Will all items from my order be shipped together?
We typically aim to ship all products from an order together. However, there may be instances where certain items are dispatched separately due to size or weight constraints.
What should I do if I miss the delivery and it is returned?
We make three delivery attempts on consecutive days. If you miss the delivery, don't worry; we will attempt again. After three failed attempts, the order will be returned to us. For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
Can I change my delivery address or mobile number after placing the order?
Unfortunately, our system is automated for delivery information. However, you can email us with the Order ID for any address or phone number changes, and we will forward the request to our warehouse.
What should I do if the package I received is damaged?
If you receive a tampered package, please do not accept it. In case you've already accepted it and there's an issue with the product, please request a refund or replacement through the 'My Orders' section.
